Qualifications

• Proven vocational knowledge and a minimum Level 3 qualification.
• Ability to support the development of student’s English, Maths and Digital Skills.
• Commitment to gain TAQA (301, 302, or 303) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach students to improve knowledge and skills.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson, and assessment plans.
• Provide support that develops future success behaviours.
• Participate in interviewing, enrolment, and induction of students.
