Manor View Practice, a teaching practice run by five GP partners across four sites, is recruiting a lead to run clinical searches, recalls, data tracking and clinical programme administration. The post coordinates day-to-day delivery of QOF, enhanced services, safeguarding and palliative care administration alongside the Patient Care Team. - Prepare worklists and track activity for QOF, DES, LES, ECF and other commissioned programmes
- Coordinate invitations, appointments, reminders and follow‑up with the Patient Care Team and clinical teams
- Gather activity evidence and keep progress trackers for performance reporting and contract submissions
- Coordinate LTC and other agreed recall programmes, tracking non‑responders and outstanding appointments
- Maintain safeguarding administrative registers, prepare meeting papers and escalating concerns to the designated safeguarding GP, without making clinical risk assessments
- Maintain palliative care registers and prepare Gold Standards Framework and MDT information, tracking follow‑up actions
