Job summary

Greene Tweed in Nottingham, UK, is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to ensure accurate processing of quotes and orders, delivering excellent customer service. You will work with SAP to enter orders, manage master data and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill commitments.

The role supports harvest business for corporate accounts, handles price requests, returns, credits, and liaises with Finance to resolve issues while maintaining strong customer relationships and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Previous sales/customer service related experience preferred
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, both independently and as a team member
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - listening, verbal and written
• Highly proficient user of ERP software and CRM software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Issue harvest and incremental quotations promptly to assigned customers
• Close harvest quotes and incremental quotes to protect and grow business
• Enter orders in SAP accurately per GT processes
• Maintain SAP master data including customer master, pricing records, and material info
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and resolve credit/invoice issues with Finance
