Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Customer Service Agent at HM Whitwick to deliver outstanding service across enquiries, orders, quotations and invoices. You’ll own customer journeys from start to finish, building strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure timely quotes, accurate orders, and smooth deliveries.

• Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, sales support, or administration role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Follow complaint and escalation procedures where required.
