Job summary

Our Nottingham-based client is seeking a hands-on leader for the commercial back office. You will own admin standards, drive accuracy across Sales Administration and Telesales, and ensure timely processing of orders from multiple sources.

You will manage and develop the team, perform quality checks, and cover the desk when needed as the business scales. Strong admin background and Excel/Microsoft 365 proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising an office-based admin or operations team.
• Genuine strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Own admin KPIs: orders input from multiple sources, confirmations input accurately.
