Job summary

Food Alert Ltd is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to own a defined client portfolio and deliver exceptional engagement. You will build relationships through proactive outreach, conduct structured check-ins and follow-up, and work with internal teams to resolve issues and add value.

The role focuses on identifying client needs, spotting risks early and supporting sustained growth through consultative, client-first engagement across our UK client base.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and working towards defined KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Solid commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities for value.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and reporting systems to support engagement.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct regular outbound satisfaction calls and structured client check-ins across your portfolio.
• Listen & Learn: Gather client feedback, identify trends and capture meaningful insight to improve our services.
• Spot Risks Early: Recognise signs of dissatisfaction or potential churn and take action before issues evolve.
• Resolve & Support: Triage client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Support Retention: Monitor client sentiment and contribute to renewal conversations and reduced churn.
• Identify Opportunities: Recognise where additional services could add value and generate referrals.
• Collaborate: Work with colleagues across the business to resolve issues and follow up opportunities.
