Food Alert Ltd. is hiring a Client Engagement Manager to nurture a defined client portfolio and ensure they receive ongoing value from our compliance services.

This remote role includes occasional travel to the London Head Office and client sites, offering a consultative, client-first approach. You\'ll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work with internal teams to resolve issues, improve experiences and reduce churn, with clear KPIs and career development

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and delivering value.
• Ability to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and check in with your portfolio of clients.
• Gather client feedback and identify trends to improve services.
• Spot risks early and act to reduce churn.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support renewal conversations and identify referrals.
• Collaborate across the business to drive wider initiatives.
