Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Rotherham is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Energy Services team. You will help to drive exceptional service for clients, liaise between Logistics, Prep, Laboratory and Quality teams, and own communications across the end-to-end process.

Onboarding will give you hands-on exposure from initial sampling and prep through to final reporting, enabling you to understand our operations and deliver accurate, timely updates to clients every day.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication across internal teams (Logistics, Prep, Lab, Quality).
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
• Proficiency with IT and G-suite; quick learner of bespoke software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications and expectations.
• Coordinate across Logistics, Prep, Laboratory and Quality teams.
• Ensure accurate data, reporting and timely updates to clients.
• Assist in end-to-end process understanding from sampling to reporting.
