• Proven experience building, nurturing, and maintaining strong client and external stakeholder relationships.
• High attention to detail and proactive mindset to deliver work right first time.
• Ability to communicate across internal teams (Logistics, Prep, Laboratory, Quality) and with clients.
• Proficiency with IT and G-suite; willingness to learn bespoke operational software.
