Job summary

Alfred H Knight seeks a Client Services Coordinator in Rotherham to manage complex client relationships and coordinate cross‑functional teams. You will own end‑to‑end client service from initial contact through delivery of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Logistics, Prep, Laboratory and Quality teams, proactive problem solving, and a strong client‑facing presence within a fast-paced, global‑trade environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, nurturing, and maintaining strong client and external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering work right first time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal operational teams (Logistics, Prep, Laboratory, and Quality).
• Willingness and availability to travel within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between stakeholders, departments and clients to ensure a seamless service.
• Communicate between internal teams (Logistics, Prep, Laboratory, Quality) and clients to resolve queries.
• Maintain high standards of service excellence and timely responses to client needs.
