KOR Financial Inc. is seeking an analytical Client Success Analyst to work directly with institutional clients on implementations, data questions and daily support in the United Kingdom.

You’ll dive into trade data, test client setups, and resolve reporting issues to ensure clients receive full value from our regulatory reporting platform. The role covers onboarding, data mapping, issue triage, and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Analytical, hands-on mindset with data-focused problem solving.
• Background in OTC derivatives or regulatory reporting.
• Experience using modern tools, including AI, to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Support client implementations end to end: onboarding, data mapping, test cycles and go-live readiness.
• Analyze client submissions, rejections and reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, collaborate with clients and engineering.
• Respond to client questions on data, product and reporting rules, and manage tickets to resolution.
• Triage incoming issues and escalations.
• Build and maintain client documentation, runbooks and FAQs.
• Use AI and automation to speed up analysis, triage and reporting.
• Track client health and adoption signals, flag risks or opportunities early.
• Join client meetings and occasional on-site visits for kickoffs and go-lives.
