Job summary

KOR Financial Inc. is seeking an analytical, hands-on client success leader to own relationships and lead implementations from kickoff through go-live and beyond.

You will partner with institutional clients across EMEA/UK, drive retention and growth, and shape the client success function with a focus on regulatory reporting and OTC derivatives. This role offers senior leadership opportunities (Manager or Director) with travel and a modern AI-enabled tech stack, aimed at scaling client operations

Qualifications

• 6+ years in OTC derivatives or regulatory reporting with client-facing or implementation experience
• Strong working knowledge of EMIR, REMIT, MiFID with exposure to other regulators is a plus
• Proven track record leading complex implementations for institutional clients
• Experience owning client relationships, renewals and account growth
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to diagnose issues before escalation
• Experience using AI tools in daily work and shaping team adoption
• Excellent communicator from technical teams to executives
• Based in EMEA/UK and willing to travel 10–20%
• Nice to have SQL, APIs/JSON, ISO 20022 or FpML experience with a vendor or trade repo

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of institutional client relationships across EMEA/UK
• Lead client implementations end to end: scoping, planning, coordinating with engineering, test cycles, go-live
• Act as senior escalation point for complex reporting, data and regulatory issues
• Drive retention, renewals and account growth; partner with sales on expansion
• Define and improve client success processes: onboarding playbooks, health scoring, QBRs
• Use AI/automation to scale the team’s work and lift client experience
• Bring client and regulatory insight back into product priorities and KOR groups
• Visit clients on-site for kickoffs, go-lives, executive reviews
• Director level: grow EMEA/UK client success team and own CS metrics
