Job summary

AllianceBernstein, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking an Onboarding Analyst in London to support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of institutional clients. You will project manage onboarding activity and serve as the primary contact for operational client service needs across the client lifecycle.

The role requires collaboration with Custodians, Legal, and Operations, ensuring timely launches, transitions, and accurate client reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or minimum A Level with a solid track record in client servicing/operational role.
• 1–2 years buy-side experience in client servicing or operational role.
• Additional European languages would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Project manage end-to-end onboarding for new institutional clients.
• Act as first and ongoing point of contact for operational client service needs.
• Coordinate launches, closures, and transition events (custodian changes, name changes, in specie transitions, benchmark changes).
• Manage communications with custodians, administrators, transition managers and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of market openings and new market requests.
• Collaborate with Legal on IMA reviews and with Derivatives Administration on trading agreements.
• Support SLA adherence and client servicing across the EMEA accounts.
