Client Solutions Manager - 12 months - London (hybrid) - £50 per hour PAYE + Holiday pay - Social media platform

The Client Solutions Manager for the Travel team in the UK is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for some of our highly performance-driven top clients in the Travel portfolio.

With a passion for marketing, this role is responsible for building exceptional and functional partnerships, using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns, and translating them into comprehensive solutions and strategies that deliver on our client’s business objectives while driving growth in innovative ways.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  1. Sales operational rigor, updating internal sales trackers, revenue, and forecasting
  2. Performance analysis on the ads manager platforms to ensure campaigns are performing
  3. Running analysis and reports on campaigns and measurement
  4. Leading calls with media agencies and clients
  5. Preparing for meetings with senior clients
  6. Building relationships with clients, including airlines and accommodation providers
  7. Measuring success through revenue growth quarterly, team targets, and KPIs such as product/solutions adoption
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience, familiar with Business Manager suite of ad solutions
  • Proven track record in performance and brand marketing
  • Expertise in analyzing data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting clear insights, and developing actionable strategies
  • Experience in storytelling through data visualization, developing hypotheses, and influencing decision-making
