We’re recruiting for a Senior Client Service Solutions Manager to join us to oversee and act as an escalation point for the Client Service Support Team and be the primary contact within Global Client Service Operations (GCSO) for all other business areas.

What you'll be doing:

  • Regularly reviewing the service provided to Client Teams and understanding challenges faced, sharing output with GCSO management team
  • Leading the design for any changes to the operating model
  • Reviewing and monitoring non-vanilla models – ensuring fit for purpose and considering strategic solutions
  • Regularly reviewing the opportunity pipeline with stakeholders
  • Owning the assessment & design of complex elements of the onboarding journey
  • Working closely with distribution to monitor best practice guides – ensuring tactical solutions are closely monitored and strategic solutions are being considered
  • Acting as an escalation point across all the Client Teams for LGIM’s operational service issues and assisting in overseeing the ongoing suitability of the operational service for LGIM’s pooled and segregated institutional clients.
  • Acting as Operations project lead/representative on operational and client service projects and steering groups, working closely with Client Teams and other key stakeholders
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships across key business areas and developing the ability to engage with senior management to represent client service interests/issues
  • Demonstrating a strong knowledge of LGIM products and operational platform, and understanding of clients' strategy and service requirements

Qualifications: Who we're looking for:

  • Strong overall investment knowledge including understanding of different investment vehicle options
  • Knowledge of current investment market and economic issues
  • Experience within the investment management industry, including providing exceptional client service and sales support
  • Proven track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships, including with senior contacts
  • Experience in pensions or insurance industry is desirable
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
