How You’ll Make an Impact
We’re seeking a highly motivatedCustomer Solutions & Strategy Leadto play a pivotal role in driving the sales cycle for Epsilon’s product portfolio. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the pre-sales process, guide customers through technical onboarding, and ensure seamless integrations across digital marketing, identity, and customer experience solutions.
You will collaborate with 12+ cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, optimize resources, and drive the strategic success of sales pursuits. If you’re a proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for technology and customer success, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role based in our London office. (2/3 days per week)
