Job summary

Corpay in St. Helier, Jersey is seeking a Client Services Analyst to support onboarding, compliance and general client queries across the European market.

You will manage client information in Salesforce, coordinate with Compliance, and provide timely, professional support via email and phone. The role involves fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high service levels throughout the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably financial services or fintech.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication.
• Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, compliance and general client queries.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain client information and records in Salesforce.
• Assist with periodic client reviews and refreshes.
• Handle ongoing client maintenance and account-related requests.
• Address queries from existing clients and coordinate with internal teams.
