Job summary

Collas Crill in Jersey is seeking a Client Onboarding Analyst to support onboarding activity across the group. You will join the newly created Client Onboarding Team, working with colleagues in the Channel Islands and Caribbean offices to build this function under the guidance of the Client Onboarding Manager.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, perform screening and CDD verification, liaise with clients and Compliance, maintain records, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ onboarding, CDD or AML experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey AML/CFT regime and CDD processes.
• Understanding of corporate and trust structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to apply regulations practically.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience following strict processes and applying policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding lifecycle in line with regulatory and internal standards.
• Perform screening checks and analyse results.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain CDD and verify identity and ownership.
• Work with Compliance on risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and audit trails.
• Collaborate with fee earners to close matters timely.
• Support onboarding process improvements and workflow enhancements.
