Job summary

Island of Jersey is seeking a personable first-line support associate to assist Relationship Managers and maintain high standards of client service within defined compliance and risk parameters.

You will help with credit applications and renewals, liaise with the credit risk team and external parties, and respond quickly to routine client enquiries, ensuring accurate feedback and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to Relationship Managers and maintain a high level of client service within defined compliance and risk parameters.
• Assist with credit applications and renewals, liaising with external parties and the credit risk team.
• Contribute to the credit process including liaising with external parties and the credit risk team.
• Respond to routine client enquiries with speedy and accurate feedback to help maintain positive relationships with clients.
