Job summary

Collas Crill LLP in Guernsey seeks a Client Onboarding Analyst to join the new onboarding team. You will support onboarding activities across the Collas Crill group, working with colleagues in the Channel Islands and Caribbean offices to implement new systems and processes.

The role requires at least 2 years in onboarding/AML, strong knowledge of Guernsey AML/CFT and CDD processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end onboarding, perform CDD checks, maintain records, and collaborate with fee

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ onboarding/AML in financial services.
Good knowledge of Guernsey AML/CFT regime and CDD processes.
Understanding of corporate and trust structures.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to apply regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working to strict processes and applying policies.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle in line with regulatory and internal standards.
Perform screening checks and analyse results.
Liaise with clients to obtain CDD and verify identity, beneficial ownership and other information.
Coordinate with Compliance on risk identification, assessment and mitigation in onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and audit trails with high data integrity.
Collaborate with fee earners to close matters and manage the lifecycle.
Support process improvements by identifying and implementing onboarding enhancements.
