Job summary

Corpay in London is seeking a Client Services Officer to support onboarding, ongoing account management, and regulatory compliance across a global client portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Front Office and banking partners, reporting to the Client Services Manager.

• Knowledge of KYC and AML documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support clients throughout onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Deliver high-touch service across a global client portfolio.
• Process client reviews and ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and clients.
• Collaborate with Front Office to support retention.
• Investigate and resolve client and internal queries promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve servicing and efficiency.
• Participate in business and operational projects.
• Ensure adherence to processes and regulatory requirements.
• Support KYC and AML-related activities and maintain client records.
• Deliver work accurately while managing multiple priorities.
