Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be 1st point of contact for clients on operational queries to maintain positive client feedback.
• Liaise across offices and operational teams regularly.
• Identify, check and clear soundings within required timelines.
• Process client payments promptly.
• Conduct system training for clients within 24 hours of payout.
• Complete security reviews within one month of the due date.
• Review dashboards and communicate variances to CM/SM.
• Review contra matching quarterly for correct debtors/creditors.
• Log management accounts and year-end accounts in risk factor; chase MI monthly.
• Input D&B searches for top 5 debtors and update annually.
• Assist with client overpayments during SM/CM absence.
• Prepare facility transfer instructions for related teams.
• Issue notices of failure and apply fees for client failures.
• Close terminated accounts and reassign sales ledger accordingly.
• Prepare ABFA letters and redemption figures for inter-factor transfers.
• Issue security review updates and currency exchange instructions.
• Monthly minimum fee calculations and stock/concentration checks.
• Accompany CM to client visits as required.
