Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Ltd seeks a Finance Manager to own day-to-day operational finance in a fast-growing UK B2B lending environment. You will drive reporting visibility, financial controls, investor operations, reconciliations, and BI reporting while partnering with the technology team to ensure data accuracy and automation.

Key focus areas include loan book analysis, liquidity management, forecasting, management accounts, and coordinating audits, with hands-on involvement across invoicing, AP/AR

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional accounting/finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA).
• Experience in FP&A within the UK financial services sector (ideally broker-led SME lending, challenger banks, or asset finance).
