Aimee Willow Connex Ltd is seeking a highly organised Finance Manager to own day-to-day operational finance and support scaling growth. You will enhance reporting visibility, strengthen financial controls, manage investor operations, and collaborate with the technology team on data accuracy and automation.

The role covers forecasting, budgeting, audit coordination, and ensuring robust financial processes in a fast-paced lending environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional accounting/finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA).
• Strong financial modelling / FP&A background within UK financial services (broker-led SME lending or asset finance preferred).
• Advanced Excel proficiency with macros, pivots, and complex lookups; experience with BI tools is a major plus.
