Job summary

Aimee Willow Connex Ltd seeks a client support role to assist the Client Manager and Commercial Director in delivering funding solutions and excellent client service for factoring clients. You will handle operational queries, coordinate with offices, process payments, and maintain risk and compliance records.

Ideal candidates will be numerate, computer literate, with industry knowledge and a strong customer service focus to support ongoing client accounts and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for clients on operational queries.
• Liaise across offices and operational teams regularly.
• Process client payments and ensure timely processing.
• Complete security reviews within one month of the due date.
• Log and chase management information (MI) monthly and update risk factors.
