Job summary

Aimeewillow in Nottingham is seeking a proactive support role to assist the Client Manager and Commercial Director in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding client service. You will support operational queries, process client payments, and help with security reviews and reconciliations across offices.

In this role you will also handle risk factor updates, dotted line communications to the CM/SM, and assist with inter-factor transfers and banking instructions to ensure smooth

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for clients on operational queries to keep feedback positive.
• Liaise across offices and operational teams regularly.
• Identify, check, and clear all soundings within a timely manner.
• Process client payments.
• Provide system training for clients within 24 hours of payout.
• Complete security reviews within one month of the due date.
• Review the Ideal dashboard weekly and communicate variances to CM/SM.
• Review contra matching quarterly to ensure correct debtors/creditors.
• Update risk factor monthly with client conditions from CM.
• Log management and year-end accounts in risk factor; chase MI monthly.
• Input D&B searches for top 5 debtors on Ideal clients; update annually.
• Assist with client overpayments during SM/CM absence.
• Complete facility transfer instructions for disclosure, banking, security teams.
• Issue notice of failure and apply fees for client failures.
• Close terminated accounts and reassign sales ledger; issue term notices.
• Prepare ABFA letters for Inter factor transfers and redeem figures.
• Issue instructions to securities for facility changes and update documents.
• Issue instructions for CPU banking and CPU finance transactions.
• Perform monthly minimum fee calculation and other related tasks.
• Accompany CM to client visits as required.
