Job summary

Kinleigh Limited, based in London, seeks a Client Services Consultant for our Sloane Square team. You will review valuations databases, qualify potential clients, and secure valuation appointments across our branch network.

Working with Branch Directors, you will help grow market share in Sales and Lettings, delivering outstanding customer service, recording activity on the database, and following up with past buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telephone sales role in estate agency or related field.
• Proven ability to build rapport and qualify leads.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

What’s the role?

Using our databases you'll review past valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high-quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London. Working closely with our Branch Directors you will be integral in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings. Key tasks will involve:

• Qualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointments
• Recording activity on database software
• Delivering high standards of customer service
• Initiating contact with past buyers and following up on commitments
