Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is seeking a Sales Negotiator for its residential sales team in London. You will be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors, guiding clients through the sales process from enquiry to completion and delivering a seamless, professional experience.

You will conduct property viewings, manage offers, negotiate to completion, and proactively generate new business using local market knowledge. A strong property sales background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A passion for property and a strong background in sales negotiation roles.
• Excellent communication skills - you're confident face-to-face, on the phone, and over email.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the London property market is a bonus, but not essential - we'll support you with learning your patch!
