Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is hiring a Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team in London. You will match tenants with their next home through viewings and negotiations, building strong relationships by phone and in person.

A drive to succeed and earn is essential in our fast-paced lettings environment. Key tasks include registering and qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, updating landlords, and guiding negotiations to move-ins with care and clarity.

You’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams.
Key tasks will involve:

• Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
• Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
• Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
• Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity
