KFH in Wimbledon is seeking a Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team. You will review past valuations, qualify potential clients, and book valuation appointments across our branch network, working closely with Branch Directors to grow our London market share.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telephone sales role within estate agency or similar industry.
• Strong rapport-building and qualification skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong commercial focus and ability to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing past valuations and withdrawn stock databases.
• Qualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointments.
• Recording activity on database software.
• Delivering high standards of customer service.
• Initiating contact with past buyers and following up on commitments.
