Kinleigh Limited, based in London, seeks a Client Services Consultant for our Sloane Square team. You will review valuations databases, qualify potential clients, and secure valuation appointments across our branch network.

Working with Branch Directors, you will help grow market share in Sales and Lettings, delivering outstanding customer service, recording activity on the database, and following up with past buyers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telephone sales role in estate agency or related field.
• Proven ability to build rapport and qualify leads.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Review past valuations and withdrawn stock databases.
• Qualify potential clients and schedule valuation appointments.
• Record activity on database software and maintain accurate logs.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and follow-ups.
