A growing recruitment agency in Leatherhead is looking for a proactive Client Service Executive to join their team. This role involves being the first point of contact for client queries, maintaining CRM systems, onboarding new customers, and supporting account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-facing skills, be proficient in MS Office, and be able to prioritize multiple enquiries effectively. Our client is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Client Service Executive to join their friendly, ambitious and growing team.
You will be the first point of contact for client/customer queries via their service desk and telephone support line, while maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date information on their CRM systems. You will also play a key role in onboarding and training new customers, facilitating product enquiries, and supporting light account management activities in close collaboration with the wider Commercial team.
