Job summary

Via is partnering with a growing recruitment technology business seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to oversee new client implementations and build strong relationships with recruitment agency partners. You’ll take ownership of the customer journey from signed contract through to successful launch, ensuring onboarding is smooth and that clients have access to the right agency partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management or recruitment operations.
• Experience within recruitment, staffing, HR technology, marketplaces or B2B platforms.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies, suppliers or external partners.
• Good commercial awareness, including renewals and account growth.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation.
• Coordinate client setup, launch timelines and onboarding milestones.
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay successful launches.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and supply-side partners.
• Ensure clients have access to suitable agency partners for their recruitment needs.
• Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage agency membership renewals and identify potential upgrades.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth client handovers.
• Coordinate with Customer Success teams to support ongoing account management.
• Improve onboarding processes and customer experience.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
