Job summary

Creideas is recruiting for a Manchester-based client and seeks an ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment from adverts to onboarding. You will partner with Heads of Departments across the UK and Ireland to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines for current and future roles.

The role focuses on attracting great talent, improving onboarding, and supporting development and retention.

• Manage the whole recruitment process from adverts to onboarding.
• Partner with Function Heads and hiring managers UK and Ireland to build talent pipelines.
• Explore creative ways to attract candidates and strengthen employer brand.
• Manage ATS, monitor recruitment activity, and analyse data for trends.
