Jobandtalent is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to lead client relationships and recruitment operations at the client site. You will coordinate sourcing, onboarding and workforce fulfilment, ensuring SLA adherence and high satisfaction.

You will work closely with client HR and internal delivery teams to plan staffing, manage attendance, and maintain compliance, while guiding onsite coordinators to optimise throughput and retention.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the onsite contact for client managers, shift leaders, and HR teams.
• Build consultative relationships to understand staffing demands and retention goals.
• Conduct operational meetings, shift check-ins, and report on metrics and SLAs.
• Oversee high-volume sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for staff.
• Manage pipeline to meet fulfilment targets and shift start deadlines.
• Provide onsite orientation, site walkthroughs and safety briefings.
• Oversee attendance, clock-ins, absences, and shift adjustments.
• Resolve queries and manage performance; scale staffing with volume changes.
• Ensure compliance: Right to Work, background checks, onboarding criteria.
• Maintain documentation across systems and support audits.
• Track fulfilment, attendance and turnover in ATS.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership and client reviews.
• Lead onsite coordinators and mentor recruitment staff.
• Continuously improve processes for throughput and retention.
