Job summary

CMR Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding & Account Manager in the UK to lead onboarding for new clients and manage ongoing relationships within the recruitment finance sector. You will be the primary contact, ensuring clients are set up smoothly and receive ongoing high-quality service.

The role focuses on onboarding, client management, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and drive retention.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment finance, invoice finance, factoring or similar commercial finance.
Strong client management and onboarding experience.
Experience managing onboarding processes and gathering documentation (KYC/verification).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients.
Gather and review required documentation (ID, financials, business information).
Guide clients through system setup and implementation.
Act as main point of contact throughout onboarding journey.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and address day-to-day queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Identify and resolve client issues proactively.
Explain products, processes and services to clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications.
Regularly check in with clients to understand requirements and needs.
Support clients as their businesses grow and evolve.
