Requirements

Bring talent marketing or advertising experience (agency or in-house), with a good understanding of solving client challenges. You’ll work with clients like LEGO Group, Deloitte, Pandora, and Yodel, providing solutions to attract top talent.

Develop rapport easily and build relationships, supporting the strategic lead across your client portfolio. Lead on targeted attraction campaigns, channel planning, campaign management, client meetings, and data presentation. Collaborate with creative and project teams to develop and deliver creative assets.

Monitor reporting dashboards, work with tech and social teams, and optimize media to keep ROI high, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign performance.
