Job description

Join us as a Client Manager to develop your marketing expertise further in an award-winning agency that recognizes and rewards great people.

Requirements
  1. Bringing extensive talent marketing or advertising experience (agency or in-house), with a good understanding of solving clients' challenges. You will work with clients such as LEGO Group, Deloitte, Pandora, and Yodel, providing solutions to attract top talent.
  2. Ability to develop rapport and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Supporting the strategic lead across your client portfolio, you will be the primary contact for your clients.
  3. Leading targeted attraction campaigns and channel planning, including job boards, performance media, paid search, and social media.
  4. Confidently managing campaigns, leading client meetings, presenting complex ideas and data, and ensuring all digital activities are tracked.
  5. Collaborating with creative and project management teams to develop creative ideas and assets for campaigns.
  6. Monitoring reporting dashboards, working with tech and social teams, and external partners to optimize media and campaign performance.
  7. Highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
