We’re fast-paced, growth-obsessed, and results-driven. Now we’re hiring a Success Manager to ensure our clients not only stay on track — but thrive.

The Role

This is a client-facing, performance-driven role where you’ll guide gym owners through our proven marketing and growth systems.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Helping clients implement lead generation tools and marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring they stay accountable and follow the Gym Grow process
  • Managing client relationships and results across our CRM and tracking tools

If you’ve worked in marketing, client delivery, or sales systems, this is a huge advantage — as you’ll be supporting business owners trying to grow through advertising, follow-ups, and retention systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your job is to make sure our gym owner clients succeed.

You’ll act as their main point of contact — helping them implement systems, stay on track, and solve problems. This role is about driving results, not just being reactive.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Client onboarding: Set up new clients in our CRM, run welcome calls, and explain how to get the most out of Gym Grow
  • Weekly check-ins: Follow up via WhatsApp or Slack, track their leads, bookings, and sales performance
  • Consultation calls: Host video calls to guide them through marketing strategy, offer feedback, and hold them accountable
  • Tech + CRM support: Help clients use our systems correctly, spot issues, and liaise with the team when needed
  • Building out marketing campaigns: Assist in setting up and launching lead generation campaigns using our proven templates and systems
  • Reporting: Track each client’s KPIs and fill out success reports to monitor growth or red flags
  • Retention + upsell: Build real relationships with clients, ensuring they renew, succeed, and move into higher-level support if needed

This is a hands-on role where your success is measured by client results, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Personable and charismatic — You build trust and communicate with clarity
  • Marketing-aware — You understand the basics of lead gen, funnels, and follow-up strategy
  • Proactive and detail-oriented — You take initiative and stress the small details
  • Tech-savvy — You’re confident with tools like CRMs, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Process-driven — You love a system and know how to follow them — and improve on them.
  • Coachable and takes initiative — You learn fast, think critically, and solve problems with confidence

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or business marketing
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in fitness, agency, or B2B marketing environments
  • Understanding of sales pipelines, lead tracking, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Ability to work 42 hours/week (flexible schedule)
  • Must be comfortable working remotely with autonomy
