This is a position in which you will develop and deliver Objectives and Budget for a key account and manage you own P&L. This is a position in which you will develop and deliver Objectives and Budget for a key account and manage you own P&L. Following another excellent trading year we have some exciting growth plans ahead making it the perfect time to join!

We are looking for someone who has a real drive and desire to develop their career with future aspirations as we offer excellent progression opportunities.

The role will involve developing, agreeing, and implementing a strategic Joint Business Plan which delivers on both external and internal objectives, working with both customers to efficiently manage the business and drive mutual growth.

The role…

  • Manage, measure, and improve Premier and customer profitability.
  • Full P&L ownership for one of the Sainsbury's grocery categories across Branded and Own-Branded areas.
  • Maintain and update annual account plans to deliver corporate objectives.
  • Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts - working with supply chain, forecasting and finance
  • Negotiate and deliver promotional programmes, ensuring promotions are communicated, within guidelines, forecasted, delivered, and then evaluated in a timely manner.
  • Work with Marketing and Category to close distribution gaps and deliver New Product Launch plans
  • Work with Category and Marketing to drive Customer range review delivery, and post review evaluation and future recommendation
