Role Overview

A Client Manager (Automotive focus) at is responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of integrated marketing work for automotive accounts. The role acts as a key liaison between the client and internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production), translating business objectives into clear briefs, aligning stakeholders on scope and timelines, and maintaining momentum across campaigns and always-on activity. With a strong understanding of the automotive category and
customer journey, the Client Manager helps drive account performance through disciplined project management, proactive communication, and a continuous focus on quality, compliance, and measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Show proactive control of key accounts, driving them forward and being the 'go-to' for client communications
  • Manage multiple projects across different clients and creative disciplines (from brand strategy and creative development, to video production, photoshoots, digital campaign rollout, copywriting, website development and more)
  • Work well with and manage the design studio team (designers, animators, editors, strategists, production specialists) to ensure creative outputs are quality and efficient, hitting the client brief
  • Showcase your knowledge and understanding of the current trends and landscape of the automotive industry, specifically in a brand & social context
  • Own day-to-day client communication and status reporting, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on
    priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead the creation of clear, insight-led briefs and coordinate internal responses (strategy, creative, media, production) to meet client objectives
  • Manage project delivery end-to-end: scope, resourcing, schedules, approvals, and risk/issue management to ensure on-time, on-budget output
About the candidate
  • Have minimum 2-4 years' experience at a creative agency in a client facing account management-based role
  • Demonstrate administrative excellence through organisation, a flawless eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding (being comfortable with pricing strategies, invoicing and managing suppliers) you'll be responsible for projects being delivered on time and on budget
  • Have an eye for creative - encouraging clients to do the most interesting and effective work they can, whatever their budget
  • Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand the full 'marketing mix' - from
    digital, social and inbound to media, PR and data - employing your knowledge with confidence
  • Take direction from the leadership team, but have the confidence to showcase your own ideas and think outside of the box
