Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the client relationship, ensuring high service standards and profitability.
• Review account performance based on threat and risk levels; advise client accordingly.
• Oversee recruitment, succession, training, recognition, and retention for the contract.
• Implement audit programmes and a Customer Relationship Strategy to mitigate risk and improve delivery.
• Monitor service delivery levels and report account KPIs with action plans for underperformance.
• Support the client's Security Strategy in partnership with stakeholders.
