Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a proactive trainer and development-focused professional to support the Operations Manager in leading the training of security officers across assigned stores.

You will ensure induction, coaching, and performance evaluations, maintaining strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs while upholding Mitie’s brand and safety standards. Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• IT literacy to a medium level; driving licence and SIA guarding licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mitie inductions and training for security officers from induction to probation sign-off.
• Deliver corporate training to security officers.
• Complete officer evaluations in line with KPIs.
• Coach and support security officers to meet standards and uniforms.
• Ensure health and safety, incident reporting, and brand protection.
• Maintain relations with store management and clients to foster collaboration.
