Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Security Officer to protect client sites in London, delivering security services in line with site AI's and KPIs. You will manage on-site team, ensure incident response, and maintain high standards of customer service.

The role requires SIA licence, strong English, and ability to work to strict schedules. Training and development are provided within Mitie’s security division, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA license is essential.
• Strong literacy and communication in English.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily operations and support Security Contract Manager.
• Lead and motivate on-site team to deliver high levels of service.
• Respond to incidents and implement escalation procedures.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and access control per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate written reports and logs.
