DWR Veterinary Specialists is part of Linnaeus and is seeking a Client Experience Team Associate to join our front-of-house team. You will greet clients and their pets warmly, coordinate appointments with vets, and handle payments and invoices to ensure excellent service for clients and their animals.

You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts including weekends. You’ll support clinicians, maintain patient records, and collaborate with the Case Management Team to ensure

• Front-of-house experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to explain accounts and take payments.
• Experience coordinating appointments with vets and clinicians.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner.
• Communicating with vets, physiotherapists and nurses about appointments and patients.
• Explaining account status, taking payments and issuing invoices; handling insurance queries.
• Arranging routine and emergency appointments with referring vets.
• Handling phone and electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues.
• Collaborating with the Case Management Team on client accounts.
• Maintaining patient records using the practice management software.
