Portico is seeking a front of house professional to perform Meet & Greet duties on hospitality floors or from concierge desks, while handling switchboard and reservations tasks.

The role requires excellent verbal and written English, with experience in a corporate or customer-facing environment. AV services experience is desirable; a warm, enthusiastic approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a corporate or customer facing environment preferred.
• Essential to have excellent verbal and written English language.
• Experience with hospitality floors, switchboard operation and reservations would be preferred.
• Warm and enthusiastic individual with passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Front of house Meet & Greet duties on a hospitality floor or concierge desk.
• Provide switchboard duties and respond to internal service queries.
• Assist with room bookings/reservations and taxis bookings.
• Offer general assistance on internal floors.

This is a varied role working Front of house providing Meet & Greet duties on a hospitality floors or working from one of the various concierge desks providing switchboard duties, reservations duties, taxis bookings , responding to internal service queries. and providing general /assistance on internal floors.

Hours:40 Hours - 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 / 09:30 - 18:30 / 10:00 - 19:00

Previous experience gained in a corporate or customer facing environment preferred. It is essential to have excellent verbal and written English language. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. Experience gained working on a Hospitality floor, as a switchboard operator and room booking/reservations would also be preferred. Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable. You will need to be a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing excellent service, great attention to detail and looking for an opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience within an amazing company.
