Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing roles in a professional environment.
- Familiar with online appointment booking systems.
- Strong numeracy skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reception duties, greet clients, and update records.
- Triage emergency appointments and contact clients.
- Manage the diary to optimise appointment availability.
- Answer calls and manage messages.
- Ensure online booking slots are available.
- Process repeat prescription orders.
- Collaborate with a supportive team.
- Work 1 in 4 weekends and Bank Holidays at Medivet Dartford Hospital.
