Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for our Woman department at Selfridges in London.

You will be the brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with high-end clients. You will tailor the client experience, mentor sales staff on the floor, promote products to international customers, and maintain store standards while using clienteling tools and CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Client Ceremony and clienteling expectations mentioned.
• Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customer focus with strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary

Requirements

• Fluency inEnglish. Other languages are considered a plus
