DOLCE&GABBANA is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for the accessories corner at Harrods, London. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and driving sales by understanding international customers’ needs.

Role focuses on tailoring experiences, mentoring staff, and maintaining store standards while leveraging product knowledge to convey brand projects. Strong English, collaboration, and clienteling skills are essential.

Formación

• Fluent in English; other languages are considered a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of Client Ceremony.
• Strong selling techniques with KPIs.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our accessories corner in Harrods, London. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long‑term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i.e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary

Requirements
