Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for the Woman department at Selfridges in London.

You will be the brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with international and local customers. Responsibilities include personalizing the client experience, mentoring the sales team, promoting and selling products, maintaining store standards, utilizing clienteling tools and CRM, monitoring stock, and assisting with basic cash operations

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong selling techniques and customer service orientation.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactiveClient Advisor for our Woman department based inSelfridges.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand
• Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor
• Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)
• Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff
• Support basic cash operations when necessary

Requirements

• Fluency inEnglish. Other languages are considered a plus
• Minimum 3years of relevant experiencein luxury retail
